It won't help you get the job to show that you have helped create homes or roads. While this does show that you are an experienced carpenter, it does not show that you understand the intricate detail needed to create wood furniture. Focusing your resume on the job you're applying for helps put you at the top of the list, instead of getting your resume immediately rejected.
