Resume Sample for Entry-Level Retail Jobs

By Monster Contributor

The perfect retail resume is your golden ticket to securing a job at the store / coffee shop / restaurant you’re hoping to work at. It’s the first impression you create with a prospective employer, and you have two minutes to get their attention or get cast aside into the “no” pile.

Your retail store resume needs to be the perfect balance of succinct yet striking. Clear enough to make a positive impression if someone scans it for two minutes, yet strong enough that you mark off all the “checks” the manager is looking for. Make sure to proofread your resume and don’t bedazzle it—you want to dazzle HR with your experience!
