<div>Customer Service Representative Nova Scotia, B3G 1M4 Duration : 5 Months  SUMMARY Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for handling incoming calls, faxes and email quote requests/ orders. Ensuring that customer inquiries are answered in a timely fashion and that all efforts are made to secure additional business. Position Overview:Canada Drayage Inc. (CDI) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Halifax terminal. This individual will be responsible for managing the dispatch function, responding to driver and customer needs, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in our TMS.
