Our team is passionate about meeting the needs of our senior citizens and is committed to working collaboratively and openly with a results-oriented approach.We are currently seeking a Superintendent Assistant to support the maintenance and housing department. This is a full-time, onsite position with varying hours, including occasional overnight, evening, and weekend shifts. You will be working 37.5 hours per week.The Role:As the Superintendent Assistant (SA), you will play a key role in supporting the daily maintenance and operations of the building and premises. Working closely with the Manager of Seniors Residence and Environment, you will assist in ensuring that mechanical systems are well-maintained, that the building remains clean and safe, and that tenant needs are addressed efficiently and respectfully.
