What you need to join our team College or university diploma in a relevant field. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a supervisor with direct involvement in a unionized production facility. Computer literacy, ideally with MS Office (Word and Excel). Knowledge of quality assurance systems (GMP, HACCP and SQF), an asset.
