Provides solutions in a timely manner, documenting all issues and resolutions.<ul><li>Provide investigation and diagnosis of escalated unresolved issues as appropriate</li><li> Actively monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT Service Requests</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px">Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records:</li></ul>o Identify and classify incident types and service interruptionso Record incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution<ul><li>Deploy & maintain PC's and associated peripherals, Smartphones, Printers, Video Conferencing Equipment, etc.</li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade PC software</li><li>Perform Daily IT Infrastructure Health Checks and report findings</li><li>Assist with onboarding & offboarding of users</li><li>Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users</li><li>Contribute to the creation and updates of support documentation, SOP's, etc.</li><li>Perform regular Endpoint and Infrastructure Patching</li><li>Support the configuration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN network connectivity, firewalls, security systems, storage and server hardware and software in a multi-site corporate network environment</li><li>Experience installing, maintaining, and optimizing wireless networks</li><li>Experience configuring and maintaining VMware environments</li><li>Experience configuring and maintaining Citrix environments</li><li>Investigate, diagnose, and remediate Cyber Security Incidents</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px">Other duties as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS <ul><li class="Default">Successful completion of a two (2) year post-secondary program and/or related equitable experience with a focus on Information Technology </li><li class="Default">10 years' minimum experience in corporate IT or managed IT services environment </li><li class="Default">8 years' minimum experience in hands-on network administration role supporting multi-site LAN/WAN environments </li></ul>PREFERRED SKILLS <ul><li class="Default">Configure device operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS and administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software </li><li class="Default">Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting </li><li class="Default">Support IT infrastructure and networking environment </li><li class="Default">Configure and support PC, mobile and other hardware </li><li class="Default">Implement data backup and recovery methods and apply data storage and management best practices </li><li class="Default">Cyber Security skills, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, Security Incident triage </li><li class="Default">Holding relevant Industry Certifications such as, A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCNP, MSCE/MCSA, CCCA/CCEE, VCP/VCAP, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) is desirable </li><li class="Default">Experience with one or more CSP's such as AWS, Microsoft Azure & GCP is desirable </li><li class="Default">Experience with SASE, MDM and Microsoft Intune are desirable </li><li class="Default">Critical thinking </li><li class="Default">Good written & verbal communication </li><li class="Default">Active listening </li><li class="Default">Conflict resolution </li><li class="Default">Teamwork </li><li class="Default">Time Management </li><li class="Default">Knowledge of current ITIL best practices </li><li class="Default"/></ul>ADDITIONAL NOTESThis is a full-time role based 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 MT excluding holidays along with support outside of these hours for critical operations and support situations as they arise.
