We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a project manager or multidisciplinary coordinator for major projects related to dams and hydroelectric facilities. </li><li>Perform hydraulic calculations for dams and hydroelectric facilities</li><li>Supervise the design of hydraulic structures and works. </li><li>Participate in the management and technical coordination of major projects. </li><li>Participate in the preparation of proposals. </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with clients. </li><li>Master technical solutions and ensure their adequacy with clients’ needs. </li><li>Plan project stages, monitor the progress of deliverables, and ensure compliance with the schedule.  </li><li>Ensure quality control of project practices. </li><li>Support and verify the work of other specialized engineers (civil/structural, hydraulic, heavy mechanical, geotechnical, or electrical) </li><li>Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, technicians and draftspersons involved in the projects</li></ul>Qualifications<br/><br/><ul><li>University Degree in Civil or Water or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>More than ten (10) years of experience in the field of hydroelectricity/hydropower and dams</li><li>Member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for registration</li><li>Master’s Degree, Business Administration Diploma or Project Management certification (an asset)</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written French</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written English in a professional context, to ensure communications on certain projects at a national level</li></ul><p>At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
