The Manager will also support KPMG SOC audits by coordinating responses, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and identifying opportunities for efficiency across audits and BCP activities.</p><hr/><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage and maintain the BCP for the technology team, ensuring alignment with BCM Program requirements</p></li><li><p>Support KPMG SOC audits by:</p><ul><li><p>Identifying appropriate contacts to respond to audit requests</p></li><li><p>Reviewing audit response materials for accuracy and completeness</p></li><li><p>Minimizing follow-ups from the KPMG team</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Identify synergies to improve the efficiency of audit and BCP activities</p></li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Must-Have Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>2–4 years of experience with BCP programs and plan management</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of internal audit experience, specifically IT General Controls</p></li><li><p>Experience in infrastructure audits</p></li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Previous banking experience</p></li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Education</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Post-secondary degree</p></li></ul>
