Our Company requires a detail oriented person to fill several roles within our corporate structure. The main duties will include Process Development in regards to Chargeback & Dispute resolution. Other duties may include Process development for various eCommerce tasks with an emphasis on the Amazon Platform. It is expected that you have a good knowledge of Chargeback and Dispute resolution best practices. You should be able to bring the applicable forms, spreadsheets and contacts in regards to reaching the correct people at a high level to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed chargeback & dispute resolution process system.
  • Be able to coach our company on chargeback & dispute resolution best practices.
  • Use Quality Assurance skills to develop SOPs for eCommerce with an emphasis on the Amazon platform.
  • Research credit card disputes and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants using proprietary software.
  • Validate appropriate data from internal and third party systems and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.
  • Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.
  • Serve customers by resolving product and service problems.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs preferred
  • Experience in disputes or in the payments industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to listen to customers and resolve conflict
  • Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information
