Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and clean-up of culinary workstations and other kitchen areas
  • Daily consistent, high-quality and timely preparation and presentation of menu items using company standards of excellence and portion control
  • Assist with creating daily menu specials
  • Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning when needed
  • Meeting or exceeding all health and safety standards
  • High level customer service skills

Ideal Candidates:

  • Minimum 2-year previous line cook experience
  • Must have Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Ability to cooperate and work strongly with others in team
  • Capability to organize and prioritize high volume, high demand work loads
  • Positive attitude
  • Exemplary personal hygiene

Limited staff accommodation is available for this position. Due to the communal nature of the majority of our units, priority will be given to those successful applicants who have received both doses of their Covid-19 vaccination
