Description

Brandt has a position available for a Warranty Administrator in our Customer Support Centre located in Regina.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Warranty team with claim processing when required
  • Reconcile the daily warranty credits
  • Process the daily travel credits
  • Manage supply recovery for Warranty
  • Maintain the warranty reference guide when applicable
  • Provide support with data entry when required
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge
  • High focus on customer service with bothinternal and external customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management, Warranty support is very “time sensitive”
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good understanding of various computer programs – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes
  • High level of customer service
