Airbus' ties to Canada were deepened in October 2017 when Airbus sought to acquire a majority stake in the C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (renamed Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in June 2019), the entity that manufactures and sells Bombardier's single-aisle C Series jets- rebranded the A220 Family, with its two versions designated the A220-100 and A220-300. The partnership markets, manufactures and supports the A220 Family worldwide.
The Human Resources team of Mirabel is looking for candidates that will partner with the business by contributing to the attainment of strategic and operational objectives for salaried and/or hourly groups.
Within the Human Resources team and under the authority of the Manager compensation, mobility and pay, the analyst assumes an advisory role for employee compensation in Canada.
The ideal candidate should effectively establish and maintain strong working relationships with the human resources team. He must demonstrate technical expertise in compensation and advanced skills with Excel software. We are looking for an organized and dynamic person who pays great attention to detail to join our Mirabel team.
Here few examples of the mandates given to the team: Salary review process, bonus programs, job evaluations, salary recommendations Compensation surveys, pay equity, maintenance of compensation data in HR systems Management of employee benefit programs
In your role, you will: Provide compensation advice, clarification and support to HR business partners, senior management and other internal clients. Perform benchmarking and ad hoc market analysis, including research and presentation of appropriate external and internal comparisons. Provide analysis and models using advanced knowledge of MS Excel in support of various compensation projects. Support compensation initiatives such as the annual salary review process and the profit sharing plan. As such, prepare and present communications, training and work tools. Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives. Participate in major projects related to total compensation and HR systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources A minimum of three to five years of experience in the field of total compensation Excellent command of Excel Knowledge of Workday a definite asset Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written Ability to keep information confidential.If in addition, you have excellent customer service skills, analytical skills and know how to come up with creative solutions, this is a great opportunity for you and we want to hear from you!
