Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate the hospital administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Creating and implementing protocols and procedures for complex hospital administrative activities such as maintaining patient medical records, purchasing order invoices and other documents, and archiving of records.
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to support administrative staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Coordinate and plan for office services, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and management processes
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors,
suppliers and medical representatives in providing our clients and patients with the best and latest technology and innovation in the healthcare sector.
