On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance for a 4 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance - Job Description:
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance will contribute to the success of Customer Insights, Data & Analytics by ensuring that business goals and initiatives align with data management requirements and mitigate data risks. This role involves providing expertise and advice on data governance for new initiatives across the Bank.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance - Responsibilities:
• Review intakes submitted by business domains and data initiatives to understand data risks and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to score initiative data risks accurately.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and Chief Data Office teams for intake reviews and follow-ups.
• Act as a subject matter expert and support data governance tools by managing requirements and conducting testing.
• Develop and maintain user guides for data domains.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience as a Delivery Manager in a Bank/Financial institution.
• 5-8 years of experience with Data Management, including Collibra, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of data governance practices, policies, and standards.
• Experience presenting to all levels of management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Project management skills for handling diverse projects and meeting deadlines.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from June 30th to October 31st, with a possibility of extension.
