Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statments. Light administration required. Must be able to work reliably and effectiently under minimum supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Matching deposits to rent rolls
- Receivable and payables
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Property operating statements and financial statements
- Review work orders
- Prepare cheques
- Send packages via courier
- Filing as needed
- Light administration
