Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a middle manager in goods production, agriculture, utilities, transportation or construction is required
Languages:
Written and Oral English
Specific Skills:
– Establishing construction sustainability objectives for the company and formulating or approving "green building" policies and programs.
– Authorizing and organizing senior staff positions to lead and implement green building policies, programs, and practices.
– Allocating environmentally responsible resources to effectively implement company policies and programs.
– This involves establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall personnel planning.
– Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure competent “green-minded” leadership within the organization.
– Representing the company in negotiations and other official functions, particularly in matters related to green building initiatives.
