Part-Time Position:  We are a franchised business that provides handyman services to residential and commercial customers. To support our growth, we are looking for additional help to manage the lead-to-invoice process with our customers.

We are a small and friendly team, located in Richmond, BC. You will be required to work no less than 25 hours per week. This will grow into a full time position very quickly.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer experience. This is a key role to help us achieve this goal. 

  • Candidates must be friendly, patient, detail-orientated and dedicated to helping customers to solve their problems
  • Duties require constant interactions with customers, our technicians, suppliers, vendors via phones, e-mails, chats or in-persons. 
  • Administrative works include jobs bookings and scheduling, and other administrative tasks. 
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. 
  • Construction industry experience and/or book keeping knowledge are advantageous.
