Are you a licensed electrician looking to join a busy company in the Stratford area that specializes in recycled plastics? Advantages - join a company that focuses on environmental sustainability - state of the art equipment - want to see used plastic turn into something beautiful? - team-oriented environment - variety in your day to day responsibilities - $34 - $38 hourly - $0.50 shift premium - work with hands-on supervisors who are in the trades themselves - overtime after 40 hours worked in a week - train on the day/afternoon shifts - safety boot allowance - safety glasses allowance - profit sharing and quarterly bonuses Responsibilities - using your troubleshooting abilities to keep the machines running - working independently on breakdowns and preventative maintenance tasks - maintaining CNC equipment and using PLCs (Allen Bradley and siemens) for troubleshooting - maintaining Kuka and ABB Robotics - continuous improvement - contributing to process refinement (your ideas are appreciated and valued!) Qualifications - electrician’s license (309a or 442a) and be willing to do mechanical work - able to work straight afternoon shift – Monday to Friday – 3:10 pm - 11:40 pm - must be able to work alone at times - prior experience maintaining CNC equipment is an asset - prior experience with KUKA and ABB robotics is an asset - experienced with automation - recycling or plastics manufacturing background is a bonus!
