Terms of Employment:

This is a full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week.

Must be available to work in the days, evenings, nights and on the weekends.

Criminal record check.

Part-time work is also available.

$16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Language:

English

Primary duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
