- Join our dynamic team as an Information Security Analyst, where you will play a critical role in providing security guidance and facilitating the delivery of information security services.
- You will be instrumental in planning and executing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives, working closely with senior management to ensure compliance with risk mitigating policies
- As an ambassador for Information Security, you will evaluate business initiatives to align with Global Information Security Standards, conduct security assessments, and address integration issues to meet business needs.
- Conduct and monitor regular security access and vulnerability diagnostics, including email Phishing responses.
- Maintain and review the Risk Register and IT Asset List periodically.
- Perform risk assessments on information systems and infrastructure, develop risk mitigation options, and communicate findings to IT project teams and management.
- Analyze system architectures to design security requirements that enforce policies and standards.
- Identify and communicate emerging security threats to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with business units, application teams, and service partners to provide security control guidance.
- Manage regular Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives.
- Coordinate ongoing BCP activities and develop annual Information Security and BCP Associate Awareness training.
- Review policies and procedures related to Business Continuity and Information Security annually.
- Manage and maintain shared drives/portals in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Support IT projects and act as a liaison with the Global Information Security Group.
- 5-7 years of Information Security experience with on-prem and cloud technologies.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Banking or Financial services protecting PII data.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies/solutions across Infosec domains.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Understanding of software and infrastructure development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Knowledge of network protocols, virtual infrastructure, and mobile security.
- Experience with security technology solutions like access control, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
- Holding Information Security credentials such as CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or CCSK.
- Working knowledge of Business Continuity planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
