IT Business Analyst On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, Procom is looking for an IT Business Analyst IT Business Analyst – Job Description 
  • We are seeking an IT professional with prior experience in the creation and implementation of IT frameworks and programs. 
  • The role will lead the creation and implementation of core programs/frameworks that the IT organization is looking to implement. 
  • This is a remote position with the end client. 
  • As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing an Incident Management Framework and working closely with IT and business teams to update and roll out Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
  • You will define Incident Severity and Criticality Levels and classify their impact. 
  • Your role will involve identifying, eliciting, and documenting requirements, using appropriate modeling techniques, and working cross-functionally with various business teams, including Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, Category Management, and HR. 
  • You will also be responsible for creating and updating formal SLA agreements between IT and business units, establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms, and establishing a review and revision process. 
IT Business Analyst – Mandatory Skills 
  • Knowledge of Incident Management Framework and ITIL to aid in defining IT processes and escalation paths.  
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and standards to aid in defining IT SLA with various business units.  
  • Strong ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Experience of 5+ years in a business analyst or similar role while supporting medium to large organizations.  
  • Excellent time management, communication, facilitation, influencing, and change management skills.

  • Proven track record of service delivery, time management, and stakeholder management.
