  • IT Change Manager to join our Technology Change Management team.  
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious professional to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating technology changes across all lines of business within the bank, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and facilitating change advisory board meetings 
IT Change Manager – Mandatory Skills 
  • ITIL v4 certification  
  • 5+ years of experience in technology change management  
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITIL aligned service management tools  
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management disciplines related to Change, Incident, and Problem Management  
  • Experience running Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and presentations  
  • Executive-level communication skills  
  • Ability to create and run reports in Excel and ServiceNow  
  • Experience with CMDB and asset management 
IT Change Manager – Preferred Skills 
  • Banking/Financial Industry experience  
  • Data center operations experience  
  • Experience as a Senior Analyst on Helpdesk  
  • Experience working with defects and enhancements 
IT Change Manager – Assignment Start Date ASAP – 12 months to start IT Change Manager – Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
