- IT Change Manager to join our Technology Change Management team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious professional to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating technology changes across all lines of business within the bank, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and facilitating change advisory board meetings
- ITIL v4 certification
- 5+ years of experience in technology change management
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITIL aligned service management tools
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management disciplines related to Change, Incident, and Problem Management
- Experience running Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and presentations
- Executive-level communication skills
- Ability to create and run reports in Excel and ServiceNow
- Experience with CMDB and asset management
- Banking/Financial Industry experience
- Data center operations experience
- Experience as a Senior Analyst on Helpdesk
- Experience working with defects and enhancements
