Program Manager:
On behalf of our Professional Services client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager for an 18 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Program Manager - Job Description:
Senior Program Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of a new student certification project. This role involves managing large-scale enterprise services and platforms, with a focus on professional education programs, requiring a results-oriented and student-focused individual.

Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop the program governance model for the operational readiness of the new program.
• Engage in 360-degree communications with various stakeholders.
• Establish contingency plans to address challenges such as schedule delays.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to the Steering Committee.
• Oversee multiple parallel streams and interdependencies within the program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and manage escalations.
• Anticipate organizational friction points and manage work stream sequencing.
• Formulate strategic decisions for review with the Executive Sponsor.
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment.

Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Deep experience in successfully guiding large-scale, transformational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, systems engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in program management.
• Strong risk management acumen.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project-related software.
• Demonstrated Program Management competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced degrees or certificates (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with professional education programs.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage brand implications and business process change.

Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is an 18 month contract position.
