Senior Project Manager/Leader On behalf of our client in the Government Services Sector, Procom is looking for an Email Marketing Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Project Manager/Leader – Job Description 
  • As a Senior Project Manager/Leader, you will manage, oversee, track, and update large complex projects, including schedules, risks, and deliverables 
  • You will work closely with project teams and Ministry partners to ensure the successful delivery of the Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project 
  • Key responsibilities include developing project plans, hosting meetings, managing deadlines, tracking milestones, and supporting the development of project artifacts 
  • You will also interact with ministry clients and business partners to maintain strong relationships and improve client satisfaction. 
Senior Project Manager/Leader – Mandatory Skills 
  • 4-7 years of experience as a project manager leading complex projects. 
  • Experience working on projects for the Ontario Government, Federal Government, or Broader Public Sector. 
  • Experience leading large-scale public safety radio projects. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and project management tools. 
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, and problems, and develop mitigation options. 
  • Leadership aptitude with the ability to empower junior staff and coordinate multiple tasks. 
Senior Project Manager/Leader – Preferred Skills 
  • 7+ years of experience in project management. 
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale public safety radio or telecommunication infrastructure projects. 
  • Knowledge of radio and/or telecommunications systems. 
  • Superior consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
  • Experience in financial management of projects. 
  • Ability to mentor junior staff. 
  • Experience in developing complex network implementation and transition strategies.
