BMO is currently sourcing for a HR Generalist - Resource Coordinator position on a 12-month contract.
Summary of Role:
The HR Generalist - Resource Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks, financial and human resources administration, providing support to managers, and ensuring operational processes are followed. They will manage budgets, calendars, events, communications, invoices, expenses, travel arrangements, and supplies inventory.
Project:
Onboarding and offboarding tasks, budget monitoring, calendar management, and event coordination within a large and diverse department.
Years of experience:
2-3 years
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Administrative support, ticket & transaction management, budget coordination, calendar management, event facilitation, communication support, expense tracking, travel arrangements, inventory management, staff training coordination.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Collaboration and team skills
