We are looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for a full-time, permanent position.

Duties will include the following:

 

  • Direct, oversee and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational procedures
  • Effectively create and organizing staff schedules
  • Lead the team in creating a culture of superior guest experience
  • Conduct training and development as well as performance management and employee coaching
  • Select and hire restaurant staff
  • Control inventory, monitor financial transactions, and adjust procedures and pricing
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 

Compensation/Work Schedule:

 

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • $34.10 per hour with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
  • 30 hours of work per week
  • 10 days paid vacation per year

Tutto Pronto Restaurant is located at 1718 Avenue Road, North York, Toronto, Ontario M5M 3Y6

 

Requirements of the position:

 

  • College diploma in food service administration, hotel, restaurant or business management, or related discipline
  • 1 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English language skills
