The Sales Coordination Manager will be responsible for the success of all after sales services processes for FLO products and services.

The Sales Coordination Manager acts as a leader within the Sales Coordination team by ensuring organizational capacity, coaching staff and monitoring interactions with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.

As such, his role is to maintain sound sales coordination management and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 4 to 6 sales coordinators
  • Optimize business processes in place within the sales coordination team
  • Responsible for the evolution of the tools used to accomplish the group's tasks (ERP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Coordinate equipment delivery with the Logistics team
  • Collaborate with the Production team to update delivery deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to introduce new products and services
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and the Customer Experience team on the follow-up of customer requests
  • Participate in the deployment of major projects as a resource to customers
  • Responsible for communications on inventory and delivery times to customers and sales team
  • Participate in sales forecast reviews to plan group activities
  • Develop training plan for the sales coordination team
  • Generate group performance reports and communicate results
  • Ensure compliance of order confirmations with contract requirements

About You

  • Strong sense of autonomy and intrapreneurship
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales coordination including 3 years in team management
  • Ability to manage a team working directly in the service department
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
  • Strong business sense to prioritize customer requests
  • Strong ability to structure the department's activities for the present and the future
  • Experience in the creation and optimization of after-sales processes
  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP
