Our Client is looking Senior Estimator, who will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints, preparing cost estimates, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and project completion within budget constraints.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in project cost estimation and budgeting
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Solid skills and knowledge of General contracting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Estimating or a related field
