We are hiring a Senior Software Developer – ETL Specialist for our Client. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in ETL design and development, particularly within Azure and Informatica environments, and a strong understanding of data transformation and performance optimization.

Job Title:Senior Software Developer – ETL Specialist

Job Location:Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience with CI/CD (DevOps) pipelines and concepts

  • Strong expertise in SQL Server stored procedures and Oracle PL/SQL development

Key Requirements:

  • Skilled in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and complex data transformations

  • Experience with Self-Hosted Integration Runtime, ETL pipeline development, and performance tuning

  • Proficiency in using ADF Debugger and managing Azure roles

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica tools (Workflow Manager, Repository Manager, Designer, Monitor)

  • Experience developing with Logic Apps and Function Apps

  • Familiarity with rapid application development (RAD) methodologies

  • Strong background in maintaining and enhancing ETL workflows and resolving data quality issues

  • Working knowledge of IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI for business intelligence reporting
