- Develop and update Branch ITSM Process Guides in accordance with OPS GO ITS Standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve, maintain, and develop processes and guides.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders to ensure adherence to process standards, procedures, and policies.
- Draft documentation for I&IT best process procedures and protocols compatible with service management practices.
- Offer advice and expertise to external vendors and senior management to contribute to IT strategies and projects.
- Monitor compliance with agreements and ensure timely resolution of problems and issues.
- Design, implement, and work with the project team to complete relevant documentation in alignment with OPS standards.
- Support the testing team during system and UAT testing.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities.
- Experience working in service management for the Ontario Government, Federal Government, or Broader Public Sector.
- Strong ITSM knowledge and experience.
- Experience developing processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, release, and installation principles for ITSM.
- Experience identifying process improvements and providing solutions for gaps.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL principles, protocols, processes, and standards.
- Knowledge of technology management, network infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Planning, prioritizing, and coordination skills.
