On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Oracle Siebel CRM for an 11 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Oracle Siebel CRM - Job Description:
A senior IT project manager is required for MPBSDP projects to build custom, cloud-native, public-facing service delivery systems. The role involves managing multi-year, multi-million budget projects and is focused on developing new technology infrastructure.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Oracle Siebel CRM - Responsibilities:
• Manage large-scale technology infrastructure procurements
• Lead QA activities and processes
• Create comprehensive documentation including Privacy Impact Assessments and business cases
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams across business and IT
• Direct, collaborate and inform policy, IT, legal, communication, and privacy teams
• Utilize various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Oracle Siebel CRM - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience
• Experience managing multi-year multi-million budget projects
• IT project management experience with Oracle Siebel CRM
• Experience in stakeholder, risk, change, issue, time, scope, and resource management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management collaboration tools
• Experience leading large-scale technology infrastructure procurements
• Experience in creating privacy, financial, communication, and IT documentation

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Oracle Siebel CRM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with public sector ITIL processes
• Knowledge of government network and desktop infrastructure procurement
• Experience with OPS business processes and project management requirements
• Technical knowledge of Oracle and related deployment environments
• Experience with the delivery of end-to-end electronic solutions
