The tasks and deliverables that the Contractor must provide are as followed, but not
limited to:
1. Provide strategic input into the various executive security committees’ meetings by
providing feedback on discussed topics and by presenting the Cyber Security program
input into these meetings.
2. Maintain the Cyber Security part of the client Strategic Security Risk Register and
provide feedback into the other aspects of security risks.
3. Develop and maintain a cyber security dashboard for senior executives to track and
manage compliance, risk and performance of business units and their associated
systems across the department.
4. Develop and update the cyber security strategy and associated roadmap and
implementation plan for the department, including associated risk management and
governance framework.
5. Provide the Cyber Security program input to the Management Accountability Framework
and the Management Action Plan.
6. Engage with business and technical teams and resources to gather, organize, and
document business and technical requirements to optimize cyber security processes and
service delivery across the department portfolios.
7. Lead and work with business and technical teams to inform the cyber security strategy
regarding capabilities, frameworks, and processes.
8. Present Cyber Security strategies, plans and technical information to stakeholders up to
and including Directors General:
(a) within the department and possibly other departments to gain buy-in and
coordination, identify risks and constraints.
9. Provide input into other strategies and roadmaps.
