Hybrid - 1 day/week in Montreal office
Our client is looking for an IP telephony administrator, the selected person will be responsible for managing and optimizing the telephone platforms and contact centre to support the transition to cloud solutions. It will also play a key role in integrating these platforms with Salesforce.
#PRIORITY
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Work with teams to analyze business needs and make necessary adjustments to infrastructure
- Update SNU menus and scripts on existing and cloud-based solutions throughout the project
- Resolve Level 3 (Advanced) infrastructure incidents
- Act as an expert to support and assist the teams in place
Requirements:
- Excellent command of CUCM and Cisco Unity v12.
- Good knowledge of UCCX 12.
- Experience with Webex and Salesforce integrations
- Knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center
- Mastery of ITIL principles and processes
