Job ID: 24-163988 Location: 12 Months (With Possible Extensions) Services Required: This position is responsible for supporting efforts related to design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing, maintenance and support of support of Cerner Millenium Win32 Scheduling applications.  Establishes and maintains relationships at the appropriate level between Hospital and Clients, in order to provide appropriate escalation of issues and solution benefits.  The Systems Analyst role includes:<ul><li>Gathering build data and workflow requirements for clinic-specific Cerner Scheduling build</li><li>Design of clinic build and creation of Data Collection Workbooks (DCW’s).  Update and maintain clinic-specific DCWs.</li><li>Build using Cerner Millenium Sch Tools</li><li>Workflow analysis</li><li>Provide Go-live Support</li><li>Sustainment as each site goes live</li></ul>Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:  <ul><li>Candidates must have a thorough understanding of scheduling procedures and related systems.</li><li>Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of both front and back-end Cerner Millenium Win32 Scheduling Appointment Book and Scheduling Tools modules</li><li>Understanding of PM Office, Bedrock an asset</li><li>Understanding of CCL an asset</li><li>Cerner Millennium implementation experience in Scheduling systems an asset.</li></ul>#MON

Reporting to the Manager, Baggage Systems, the successful candidate will repair, maintain and provide condition assessment for all mechanical assets utilized in the Airport Authority’s baggage systems.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Respond to all trouble calls and diagnose, repair, and return baggage system to serviceability with minimum downtime. </li><li>Work with planning and/or controls teams to carry out complex or time intensive repairs when they cannot be completed as a trouble call.</li><li>Devise, recommend and implement workarounds to baggage delivery within the system when there is downtime due to corrective maintenance. </li><li>Carry out technical work, as prescribed in job plans, and where appropriate or necessary, advise on and update plans.</li><li>Inspect, assess, and report on the mechanical and electrical condition of infrastructure.</li></ul>Key qualifications include:<ul><li>At least two years’ experience in environments involving mechanical and electrical equipment, supplemented by the completion of four years of technical college and an accreditation with a Red Seal Endorsement or a BC Trade Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.</li><li>Excellent communication skills including report writing.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, and solid computer skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex baggage layouts and drawing schematics</li><li>A valid Class 5 driver’s license</li></ul>This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees and external applicants. Previous job performance will be taken into consideration for all internal candidates that apply for this position.Salary Range : $78,537 to $102,646 per annum, based on a 40-hour work week.
