The business transformation of the organization is anticipated to be a five (5) to seven (7) year journey and the program is expected to cover all business areas end-to-end, including Claims Operations, Employer Services, Finance, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, and Business Intelligence. Experience in the assessment of business requirements, collection, and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions (i.e., business applications, workflow systems, purchased applications, developed applications and, applications integration).
