Bachelor’s Degree in food science (dairy), engineering, or other relevant fields; Minimum of 10 years as a Production Manager/Production Director in a similar/size plant in the food industry; Solid track record of successful transformation projects (H&S, Quality, Innovation, Productivity, etc.); Expertise in continuous improvement and knowledge of systematic problem-solving processes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.); Demonstrated leadership and planning skills; Proven track record in improving cost base and plant performance; Aptitude/experience in the financial measurement of plant performance; Result oriented with excellent communication skills.
