Mobilise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the operational accounting team and ensure alignment towards common goals by communicating the direction of the department; Establish individual objectives and development goals for the team and provide timely and constructive feedback to develop and grow the team; Act as a Business Partner and provide unparalleled service to internal and external clients; Manage accounting functions, including maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable subledgers in multiples entities, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Manage the monthly closing of operational accounting records and posting of month end information. Hold a DEC in accounting and management or a BAC in accounting or finance (or equivalent); More than 8 years' experience in accounting/finance, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position; Deep knowledge of SAP S4/Hana and Excel; Experience with a ticket system to follow requests (an asset); Excellent oral and written communication skills (in French and English).

When stationed at a main terminal, the Supervisor, Mechanical (Car) leads the day-to-day operations through unionized staff to ensure railcar inspection maintenance and repair work is performed safely and efficiently. The Mechanical Supervisor may also be an on-call position that reports to remote locations (line points) and supervises the maintenance, inspection and repair of railcars and locomotives when required outside of main terminals (line points).
