This position is a Hybrid role with 2 days in office per week in Burnaby, BC Contract Claims Professional Job Details:The Contract Professional performs formal management of contracts with high complexity, so that projects and ongoing operations are delivered safely, with quality, within budget, and on time. Contract Claims Professional Mandatory Skills:  <ul><li>A minimum of 8-12 years of experience </li><li>Work with project team to understand historical nature of claim</li><li>Review contract documents and correspondence</li><li>Determine entitlement and quantum</li><li>Draft project correspondence on claims, draft negotiation mandates and briefings to senior management</li><li>Laisse with internal and external counsel as required</li><li>Conduct forensic delay analysis, concurrency analysis and complex schedule review.</li></ul> Contract Claims Professional Assignment Length:12 month contract to-start (w/ high potential to renew / extend) Contract Claims Professional Target Start Date: October  2024 Contract Claims Professional Assignment Location: This position is a Hybrid role with 2 days in office per week in Burnaby, BC
