<table><tbody><tr><td> </td><td>Permanent full-time position of Administrative Service Coordinator, available at Joe-Aman Electric Motor Service Limited., located at 7165 Hurontario St, Mississauga, Ontario L5M 2B6 </td></tr></tbody></table>Main Duties of the Administrative Service Coordinator(NOC 13100):<ul><li>Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.</li><li>Support office team with respond to client inquiries and schedule the requested work in a timely manner.</li><li>Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and deadlines are met.</li><li>Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.</li><li>Maintain the physical and electronic records of service orders with effective filing systems.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.</li><li>Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as office equipment’s, supplies. Arrange for monthly/annual maintenance and repair of the computers, printers and photocopiers.</li><li>Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary control.</li><li>Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.</li><li>Provide training and support, as directed by management, for new and existing team members.</li></ul>Requirements:Completion of Secondary School is required.
