Project: Support the day to day settlement Years of experience: 2-3 years RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): 1. Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness. 2. Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating to the manager when necessary. 3. Responsible for monthly invoicing and dispatch to clients within the required timeline. 4. Maintain records properly and ensure daily metals settlement and customers' metal transfer requests are processed. 5. Update financial and inventory systems accurately for trades and transfer requests, retaining supporting documents for future reference.Required Skills: - Knowledge and understanding of business unit’s products, services, processes, and controls - Experience supporting traders  - Teller experience  Desired Skills: - Settlement Officer exp.
