Strong ability to troubleshoot Process and Packaging equipment

Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to supervisors and operators

Experience and knowledge working in GFSI certified facility

Knowledge of labour relations

Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems

Knowledge of preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment

High temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization processing

Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations
