Senior AML Internal Auditors: On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Senior AML Internal Auditors for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Senior AML Internal Auditors - Job Description: We are assembling a team of AML Internal Auditors at both the Senior Consultant and Manager levels to support a client engagement in the financial services sector. The project involves executing AML and Financial Crimes audit projects, assessing compliance programs, and enhancing operational processes. Senior AML Internal Auditors - Responsibilities: • Lead and execute end-to-end Financial Crimes and AML audit projects • Review operational processes to identify enhancements and mitigate risks • Conduct independent assessments of AML compliance programs • Manage audit coordination and validation of remediated findings • Coach and mentor junior team members • Execute testing steps and identify key issues in compliance assessments • Support engagement managers in reporting and regulatory validation phases Senior AML Internal Auditors - Mandatory Skills: • 8 years of combined experience in Internal Audit and AML for Manager, 2 to 3 years for Senior Consultant • Knowledge of the financial services industry • CAMS, CFCS, CIA, and/or other applicable designations • Bachelor's degree in accounting, legal, or a relevant field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and report writing skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams Senior AML Internal Auditors – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of key AML/Sanctions compliance regulations, including Canadian (PCMLTFA/R, OSFI, FINTRAC) • French language skills would be an asset Senior AML Internal Auditors – Assignment Length: This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. Senior AML Internal Auditors - Start Date: ASAP Senior AML Internal Auditors - Assignment Location: Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid, with 2-3 days onsite.
