This role is part of a new team within the Digital & Direct Executions team, responsible for ensuring email and web content meets quality standards and adheres to accessibility guidelines. Quality Assurance Analyst - Marketing Campaigns - Responsibilities: • Execute tests against quality standards for emails and web pages, and support issue resolution. • Communicate quality standards and document checklists and reference documents. • Identify, analyze, and document defects in email content and web pages. • Recommend and facilitate solutions for recurring issues and defects. • Review client and customer feedback for quality improvements. • Develop test strategies and plans from functional requirements and briefs. • Collaborate with project management and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Plan and coordinate testing activities, including regression testing. • Manage inventory of devices and tools required for testing. You will lead the efficient movement of traffic within the road territory and yard-terminal by developing, organizing, and executing the daily yard-terminal/road operating plan in a safe and cost-effective manner. You will also provide leadership accountability for inputs and outputs of safety, service, productivity, and financial metrics. Most importantly you will lead by example to build a strong safety culture along with providing coaching on operational best practices.
