Our client is modernizing its systems for collection of data.  During fiscal year 2025-2026 our client will implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) demonstrating the end-to-end capability to acquire more timely data and report with it. The Technical Consultant will be expected to provide the following services: - Provide direction for the overall architecture of MVP and supporting technologies including data management platforms, data access, and data storage. - Provide architectural direction for the MVP and required architectural artifacts such as logical and physical architecture. - Provide technical leadership to the MVP software development team. - Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution is aligned with business requirements. - Participate in development and execution of assessments to gather the necessary insight from the jurisdictions. - Research, evaluate and recommend technologies for the solution. - Provide strategic input into the evolution of data access, management, and exchange. - Consult with client Information Security team as needed. - Provide oral and written briefings throughout the project to appraise the Project Manager and management team as to the status of activities, challenges and project risks. - Adhere to client standards and policies.
