Operate automatic single or multiple spindle lathe or milling type machines; • Study blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions to determine product dimensions, tooling, and to plan operational sequences; • Mount and position tools in machine chuck, spindle, or other tool holding device to specification, using hand tools; • Inspect or measure workpieces, using measuring instruments (gauges, micrometers); • Deliver the required number of finished pieces according to production schedules; • Conduct machine safety protocol based on required operations and tasks; • Observe and adjust machines according to operation needs; • Participate in the development and promotion of the HSE culture, policies and objectives; • Apply and ensure all health, safety and environment rules and procedures; • Actively participate in improvement and implementation of preventive actions to reduce the environmental footprint and control health and safety risks; • Any other related tasks.
