Interpret and present monthly financial results and financial projections to the organization (volume performance, P&L, marketing costs, cost of service, etc.); Participate as a member of the category management committee in strategy development and decision-making; Actively participate in strategic category projects (multifunctional); Share business perspective with various finance functions and ensure alignment with category needs; Oversee all category profitability initiatives (volume and mix, assist with product pricing/contract renewals as well as manufacturing cost/profitability); Oversee category investment projects (budget/monitoring, financial analysis/business case, post-investment analysis and CAPEX); Supervise and mentor the operational finance team at the Truro (1 FTE) and Edmonton (1 FTE) plants.
