This role involves providing expertise and advice on data governance for new initiatives across the Bank. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance - Responsibilities: • Review intakes submitted by business domains and data initiatives to understand data risks and requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to score initiative data risks accurately. • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and Chief Data Office teams for intake reviews and follow-ups. • Act as a subject matter expert and support data governance tools by managing requirements and conducting testing. • Develop and maintain user guides for data domains. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager, Intake/Data Governance - Mandatory Skills: • 5-8 years of experience as a Delivery Manager in a Bank/Financial institution. • 5-8 years of experience with Data Management, including Collibra, Jira, and Confluence. • Understanding of data governance practices, policies, and standards. • Experience presenting to all levels of management. • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
