Please reference Bilingual Support Engineer.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Help solve technically complex, strategic, high-profile or long-running customer cases that may require interaction with Software Engineering</li><li>Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft</li><li>Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)</li><li>Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)</li><li>Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group</li><li>Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience</li><li>Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring</li><li>Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)</li><li>Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific</li><li>Supporting a suite of cloud computing products that focus on security, compliance, identity and management for big enterprises.</li><li>Simultaneously handling 10 to 20 customer cases in Mandarin, resolving them within deadlines and quality standards. These roles will not support customers in English. </li><li><ul><li/></ul></li></ul> Key Qualifications: ·       5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience·       Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience·       Minimum 3+ years experience with at least one of the 3 categories described below (Azure IaaS, Azure PaaS, Kubernetes or Azure Data & AI)·       Fluent speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin and English·       Microsoft Azure architecture and its components (Fabric, Compute, Storage)·       Operating System & Networking  Interview Process: We are working with the hiring manager on this position, interviews will be conducted by this person.This a great opportunity to join one of North Americas largest technologies corporations.
