Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Senior HR Manager in providing information, advice, and guidance to managers and employees on routine HR-related issues (e.g., recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave, and HR policy and procedures); refers more complex HR issues to the Senior HR Manager Opens, tracks, logs (update), and closes grievance case files (including HRTO complaints) Assists the Senior HR Manager in partnering with various levels of management to understand business objectives and identifies corresponding human resource needs; implements strategies to support various business objectives and improves programs to support employee retention.
