This hybrid role supports operations and program enhancements for the New to Canada customer segment.<hr/>Position Title: Customer Segments <hr/>Role Overview: The Customer Segments Lead will support and enhance programs related to the New to Canada (NTC) customer segment by working cross-functionally with operations, product, risk, branch, and digital teams. The role focuses on program execution, issue resolution, process improvements, change management, and management reporting for customer onboarding and account opening initiatives.<hr/>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalations related to NTC accounts</li><li>Perform impact assessments for regulatory, policy, and process changes</li><li>Develop change management plans and oversee execution across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Maintain and update program dashboards, monthly metrics, and management reports</li><li>Update internal and external program documentation</li><li>Work with digital teams to create detailed business requirements and perform UAT</li></ul><hr/>Must-Have Skills:<ul><li>5+ years in Retail Banking (Product, Operations, Branch, or Customer Service)</li><li>Strong understanding of retail banking products and processes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Quantitative and strategic thinking skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li></ul><hr/>Nice-to-Have Skills:<ul><li>Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel</li><li>Strong relationship development and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li><li>Team-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset</li></ul>
